First thing , make sure you are referring to the correct disc. This is what i have.

 turn to the back, it's velcro there which use to stick buffing pad. And this one is the one i use the velcro sticker to stick it. Borsch disc is universal which do not have velcro.

 This is the whole role of the vecro sticker which need to cut into smaller piece according to customization size.

 this is the used surface, some fur stick on it. I think it is from my wool pad..
