(Morocco) The Laraki Fulgura: This Moroccan supercar concept, named after its founder Abdeslam Laraki was based on the world famous Lamborghini Diablo. It was offically unveiled at the 2002 Geneva motor show.
This car is beautiful, is there any more info? From what I see there are two versions, the first one based on the Lamborghini Diablo. The second with its own chassis which is the one you have put in the image. Looking at the wikipedia link , it seems to be a Moroccan manufacturer and has two more models (this is their website: Laraki Motors Website). The car is beautiful but it cost about half a million euros, the truth is that it is a lot for a brand that I think is not well known. Very pretty anyway
